Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies Farah Mathura organised a two days Management Development programme on “Emotional challenges & issues at workplace”. The Resource person for the session was Dr Naveen Gupta and Ms Chandna. The training programme focused on the emotional parameters that an individual faces both at work place and in personal life. It was basically a session where participants could understand their own personality and could understand how others behave in different situations .The take away from the programme was 4D theory , 3 circle theory , two window theory , three finger theory , ECG theory and always practice “HAS” analysis for self understanding and development. Besides this DUTA case study was discussed and tool TA was used in personality assessment
The resource person Dr Naveen Gupta said that personality assessment of self and others is very important to deal with different situations of Life. He said nothing is right or wrong only how you have perceived things you make judgement and decisions accordingly. There were 26 participants in the programme from industry and academia. The participants appreciated the programme at lot
