Rubicon is also an NGO partner with Tomorrows Foundation, powered & sponsored by BARCLAYS. This MOU is a mutual commitment, complimenting each other to bridge the gap between Academia and Industry. The MOU focuses on providing various opportunities and training for placement including various seminars, workshops, guest lectures and internships on the latest technologies for training the final year students on Rubicon’s- “Connect with Work" & “Skill Development Program" for the newly hired, Personality Development & Employability Skills.

In the MoU ceremony, Dr. Naveen Gupta (Director), Mr. Vidit Chaudhary (Campus Connect Manager), HODs of the institution along with other faculties were present. Mr. Vidit Chaudhary shared about Rubicon’s “Connect with Work” Program. He said, it’s a 24 Hours offline program in the campus in which skills sets like Group Discussion, Personal Interview, E-mail Etiquettes, Telephonic Etiquettes, SWOT Analysis, Ice Breaking and other skills will be taken care by their trainers. Rubicon will also be offering virtual session and Industry Visit at Barclays in Noida and Delhi, he added.
