Hindustan Institute of Management & Computer Studies (HIMCS), a flagship institute of Sharda Group of Institutions is a purpose driven institute endeavours to develop a positive and contemporary learning environment with deep culture of engagement and endowment. We believe learning is non linear and thus continuously design interventions for open environment of learning engagements for students to prepare them for future skills, industry and society.
To facilitate the ethos , HIMCS alma mater is always keen to give back to campus and support the students to meet up necessary learning by sharing their industry experiences and handholding whenever needed. This is a routine platform for alumni at Hindustan to join for experiential sharing at campus and re living the nostalgia atleast a day with greater purpose as per convenience.
This time, on Aug 17, it was a pleasure hosting 25 alumni who joined us for a day long interaction, learning and networking session at campus. It was wonderful, fun filled rich platform of open inter industry exposure for present students at campus with notable alumni working at various corporate houses viz. Mradul Parmar (Goodricke Groups ltd ), Himanshu Sharma (IBM),Shorya Gandhi (Zomato),Prerna Raheja (Ennovation Life), jatin mallick (PnC Infratech), Abhishek Gupta(Naggaro), Approv Shaliya(Brilliant technologies) among others.
Students of both years thoroughly enjoyed interaction with their alma mater through their corporate experiences and learning’s, Q&A session, discussions on career planning and managing work life balance. The platform opened up interactive space for corporate mentorship and life long relationship.
