During the 20-days employment-oriented training program which is being conducted by the collective efforts of Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies and S.L.M.G. Beverages (Bottling Plant of Coca-Cola Company), Dr. Naveen Gupta, the Director of the Institute and the Resource Person of the training program, conducted a personality test for all the trainees wherein he introduced the DOS (Development of Self) method and prepared them for the job interviews which to be held in the coming days. At the same time, he worked on the leadership excellence of the trainees, effective decision making ability, effective time management, effective teamwork and effective project management.

This training program is employable in nature and 20 people out of these trainees would be getting job opportunities to work with S.L.M.G. Beverages. The senior officers of the company Shri Ajay and Shri Neeraj apprised the trainees and mentioned about the job profile given under the selection dimensions. Selected trainees will have to render their services in office work or sales. He said that this type of training program inculcates self-confidence in the trainees. During this, Dr. Abhilasha Singh, Dr. Riju Agarwal Singh, Mrs. Chandana and Mr. Manohar Lal made their contribution. Today, all the trainees visited the institute and also collected career related information from the teachers of the Management Department.
